
Markov Analysis helps us understand how people, customers, machines or situations move from one state to another over time, using probabilities instead of blind guessing.
In simple words, it asks where something is today, where it may go tomorrow, and whether tomorrow is quietly preparing a problem that today is pretending not to notice.
